Territory Service Representative

Role overview

This position is for a Territory Service Representative based in Palakkad, Kerala. The role focuses on last-mile shipment handling, route-based delivery, pickup coordination, and accurate status updates throughout the service cycle.

Key duties

• Remove shipment bags from the vehicle and scan the parcels into the system.
• Mark shipments for outscan according to the assigned delivery route.
• Deliver parcels to the stated address and collect delivery confirmation from customers.
• Record the correct status for any shipment that could not be delivered.
• Return undelivered consignments and any COD collections to the supervisor on the same day.
• Complete customer pickups within the required cut-off time.
• Where service is available, tally shipment counts and obtain customer acknowledgment based on the number of parcels collected.
• After returning to the office, scan inbound shipments, enter the data into the system, and manage onward connections.
