You have solid supervisory experience and are comfortable organising daily work, managing priorities, and keeping operations moving in a busy setting. A proactive mindset, clear communication style, and strong organisation are essential.

You should also be open to learning, continuous improvement, and supporting the growth and success of your team.

Experience and skills

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Prior background in a supervisory or team leadership position.
  • Experience in operations or service delivery environments.
