Everyman Chelmsford is looking for part-time Team Members to help create the warm, high-end cinema experience the brand is known for. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow within a fast-moving business that puts people and hospitality first.

Everyman is an independent cinema group focused on making each guest visit feel special. What you will do

As a Team Member, you will be one of the key faces of the venue and help ensure every guest enjoys a great visit from start to finish.

What we are looking for

No previous experience in hospitality or cinema is required. The ideal candidate will bring personality, energy, and a genuine interest in food, service, hospitality, and people. You should be comfortable working with others or on your own, and bring a positive, reliable, and flexible approach.
