About the Internship

This part-time remote internship offers the chance to teach English speaking skills to children through live online classes. Using the Little Lingos curriculum, the role focuses on creating sessions that are enjoyable, interactive, and confidence-building for learners aged 3 to 18 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead online English speaking sessions for children in line with the Little Lingos learning plan, keeping classes engaging and learner-friendly.
• Monitor student participation and progress by recording attendance, giving simple practice tasks, and providing regular updates to parents and the academic team.
• Stay organized and professional by joining classes on time, preparing lessons in advance, and maintaining a supportive atmosphere that helps children speak with confidence.

Who Can Apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work from home, begin between 1 July 2026 and 5 August 2026, and commit to a 3-month internship. Applicants should have relevant skills and genuine interest in the role. Women looking to start or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply.

Other Requirements

• Strong spoken and written English skills are essential.
• A real interest in teaching and working with children aged 4 to 15 is important.
• Teaching experience is useful, though it is not compulsory.
• Comfort with Zoom, Google Meet, and simple digital teaching tools is expected.
• A dependable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet space for teaching are required.
• Availability during evening hours from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM IST, with weekend availability if needed, is required.
• The ideal candidate is energetic, patient, creative, and able to keep young learners involved.
• Fresh graduates, college students, homemakers, and experienced teachers may all apply.

Perks and Compensation

The internship includes a monthly stipend of ₹1,400 to ₹1,900. The stipend structure consists of fixed pay of ₹1,300 to ₹1,400 per month plus incentive pay of ₹100 to ₹500 per month. Additional benefits include a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and flexible working hours.
