Role overview

At Granjazul, this full-time, on-site role is focused on end-to-end management of a farm and livestock operation. You will coordinate the day-to-day work across the field and facilities, ensuring smooth execution of agricultural and animal-care activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily operations across the farm and related installations.
• Coordinate staff schedules, assign work, and supervise performance on the ground.
• Manage crop planning and support the handling and care of animals.
• Track inventory levels for supplies and finished products.
• Make operational decisions related to investments, equipment upkeep, and machinery maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with sanitary, environmental, and workplace safety regulations.
• Maintain basic financial oversight, including costs, revenue, and relationships with local suppliers and customers.

Requirements

• Ability to run farm operations effectively, including organizing daily tasks, leading teams, and making practical decisions in the field.
• Working knowledge of administration and finance, with the ability to monitor expenses, build budgets, and follow business indicators.
• Comfort working in a rural environment and willingness to perform physical tasks while adapting to changing weather and production conditions.
• Strong leadership, clear communication, and teamwork skills, with a respectful and inclusive approach.
• Preferred background or training in agronomy, veterinary science, agro-business administration, or a related field, plus prior experience managing agricultural or livestock operations.

Additional information

This position is based in Guanagazapa and requires on-site presence. It is a full-time role.
