Storekeeper

Role Overview

Exotic Colors by MAYSARi is hiring a Storekeeper to manage stock movement, keep warehouse records accurate, support order dispatch, and help maintain a safe and efficient storage environment in Abu Dhabi.

Inventory Management

• Take delivery of incoming goods, check them for quantity accuracy and quality standards, and flag any issues.
• Place items in their assigned storage areas while handling them correctly and keeping the space orderly.
• Keep inventory data up to date by recording every stock movement in the system without delay.
• Perform routine stock counts and match physical quantities against system records to identify and resolve mismatches.
• Watch stock availability closely and escalate shortages or discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.

Order Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders carefully so they can be shipped on time.
• Make sure each order is complete and supported by the correct paperwork.
• Work with shipping partners to coordinate the outgoing movement of goods.

Warehouse Operations

• Arrange warehouse storage areas in a way that makes the best use of available space.
• Keep the warehouse tidy and compliant with safety rules and procedures.
• Follow and help enforce workplace safety practices to support a secure working environment.
• Maintain detailed records for receipts, dispatches, and all inventory changes.
• Prepare periodic updates and reports covering stock status, order completion, and other operational figures.
• Use warehouse management tools and software to monitor and control stock.
• Coordinate with colleagues and supervisors to solve issues and improve day-to-day efficiency.

Quality Control

• Check products for defects and report any quality concerns to the relevant person.
• Ensure goods are properly labeled and packaged to protect product condition.
• Support quality control processes that help maintain consistent standards.

Additional Information

Preference will be given to male applicants. Candidates should be able to commute to Abu Dhabi, and relocation before joining is preferred.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary of AED 2,000 to AED 2,200.
