Key Work

• Apply retail store management knowledge to design expert-level training questions and realistic scenario-based prompts.
• Examine AI-generated answers and judge whether they are accurate and relevant to everyday store operations and management tasks.
• Submit clear, structured written feedback that supports model improvement.
• Work independently on a flexible schedule, with no fixed hours or minimum time commitment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional retail store management experience, such as Store Manager or District Manager.
• Practical exposure to store performance reporting, cash balancing, and inventory reconciliation.
• Strong writing ability and careful attention to detail.
• Comfort working remotely and asynchronously without close supervision.
