Key duties
You will oversee the full operation of one store, including staffing, team leadership, and driving the store toward its financial targets. A major part of the job is making sure guests receive an outstanding experience every time they visit.
Training and leadership support
New store managers receive at least 8 weeks of store leadership training to prepare them for the responsibilities of the position. The organization also provides mentorship, hands-on learning, and continued leadership development.

Pay
The wage range for this position is $32 to $35 per hour. Bonus programs are not guaranteed and may be changed or ended by the company at any time. Pay within the range depends on factors such as work location and experience.
