Position Overview
This is an entry-level retail sales associate role with schedules designed to offer flexibility. The job involves everyday store operations such as handling cash, processing fuel purchases, cleaning, and restocking. In some foodservice-focused locations, the work also includes preparing food and following food safety standards. Prior experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or foodservice can help, but it is not mandatory. Training is provided for candidates who bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
- Handle cashier duties and manage customer transactions accurately.
- Process fuel-related payments and related store transactions.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers at all times.
- Restock shelves and help maintain merchandise availability.
- Prepare food items and follow food safety procedures where foodservice duties apply.
- Make coffee and other customer favorites in line with store standards.

- Promote the rewards and loyalty program to shoppers.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines consistently.
- Perform physical tasks such as repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn through training.
- Ability to provide dependable customer service and handle transactions with care.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment with multiple tasks at once.
- Commitment to keeping the store clean and safe.
- Ability to follow food safety and health code standards when required.
- Physical ability to perform repetitive movement and occasional heavy lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Cash handling and fuel transaction experience is helpful but not essential.
- Retail, cashier, customer service, or foodservice background is an advantage but not required.
