Role overview
This position supports global employee services operations and is based at the India GBS site in Hyderabad. The selected professional will handle standardized HR transactions across the employee lifecycle, following the agreed service catalog and service-level commitments. The role works under the guidance of a manager and requires close coordination with global markets and offshore teams to deliver efficient, SLA-driven customer service.
What you will do
- Handle assigned employee services processes and transactions in line with the process framework and service standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data quality across HR systems.
- Support employee master data administration and processes from hire through rehire in Employee Central.
- Work within HR systems and tools to complete transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Meet committed SLAs and KPIs while helping improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Uphold strong customer service standards and contribute to overall operational excellence.
- Coordinate with global teams and support work across different locations as needed.
- Be willing to work in rotational shifts if business needs require it.
What the role needs
- Solid understanding of HR operations and the processes handled by HR Ops teams.
- Strong focus on process discipline, data accuracy, and data integrity.
- Hands-on knowledge of Employee Central and SAP, which is mandatory.
- ServiceNow experience is an added advantage.
- Experience in HR shared services, SLA management, and service delivery.
- Exposure to HR transactions such as new hire, rehire, termination, and organization management.
- Experience using service management or ticketing systems.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues across geographies and cultures.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver consistent service in a large global HR operations environment.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant HR shared services experience, including at least 2 to 3 years in a large-scale global HR operations or shared services setup.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
