What you will do

• Check Spanish transcription files against the matching audio and assess whether the content is accurate.
• Identify issues in spelling, grammar, punctuation, formatting, timestamps, and speaker tagging.
• Find omissions, mistranslations, incorrect wording, segmentation problems, and other deviations from the project instructions.
• Fix transcription and QC errors to improve accuracy and consistency.
• Review audio quality and confirm that transcription deliverables are complete.
• Examine annotation outputs and flag guideline or labeling mismatches.
• Keep clear records of edits, observations, and quality-related findings.
• Work with internal teams on revisions, feedback, and process improvements.
• Take part in review rounds and apply feedback to raise quality standards.
• Protect the confidentiality of client audio, files, and project information.
• Finish assigned QC work on time while meeting productivity expectations.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work from home, begin between 3 July 2026 and 7 August 2026, and commit to a 2-month internship. Applicants should have relevant skills and interest, and Computer Science Engineering students are specifically mentioned as eligible. Strong Spanish listening, reading, writing, and comprehension ability is expected.

Requirements

• Spanish language proficiency is essential.
• Hands-on exposure to Spanish transcription QC and audio QC is preferred.
• Good proofreading and editing ability is needed.
• Strong command of Spanish grammar, spelling, and punctuation is important.
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills are required.
• Experience or familiarity with data annotation review and content review is useful.
• Attention to detail and time management are necessary.
• Applicants should have access to a laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection.
• Previous experience in Spanish transcription, transcription QC, proofreading, annotation QC, localization, or language review is preferred.
• Native or fluent Spanish speakers will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Candidates should be able to identify language and transcription errors efficiently.

Additional information
