The Doha property is a landmark hotel in West Bay, positioned in one of the tallest buildings in Qatar. It is located near the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre, government offices, and corporate headquarters, with convenient access to the city center, City Center Mall, and Doha Golf Club. The hotel offers spacious rooms and suites with city and sea views, multiple dining options, modern meeting spaces, a health and fitness club, and a rooftop pool.

Role Summary

This position combines spa therapy and reception duties. The selected candidate will provide a complete range of massage and beauty treatments, maintain consistently high service standards, and support retail sales to both hotel guests and members. The role also requires promoting the organization’s service culture and values: doing the right thing, showing care, aiming higher, celebrating differences, and working better together.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of massage treatments, beauty services, and wellness therapies.
• Keep accurate records of the treatments and therapies provided to each spa guest.
• Talk with guests during treatments and adjust techniques when needed.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate incidents or accidents to the supervisor.
• Maintain clean, sanitized treatment areas and ensure linens and equipment are prepared before each session.
• Explain available services and recommend suitable treatments based on guest needs.
• Monitor spa inventory, keep supplies stocked, and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Ask guests about relevant medical conditions and allergies before delivering services.
• Recommend retail products and additional services to support guest care and sales.

Candidate Profile

The employer is looking for someone with prior experience in a luxury hotel or similar premium environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a busy, multicultural setting and should bring strong people skills, solid organization, and a results-driven attitude.

Excellent spoken and written English is required, and knowledge of another language will be considered an advantage. Experience with learning and development methods is also valued.
