Role overview

This opportunity is designed for fresh diploma graduates who want to begin a technology career in Singapore. The role offers exposure to public sector work connected to Singapore’s Smart Nation goals, along with structured learning, mentorship, and career guidance. You will build practical experience while developing technical and professional capabilities in a fast-growing tech environment.

What you will do

• Contribute to application and product development through coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with teammates to design and deliver solutions, introduce fresh ideas, and improve how client operations run.
• Help run IT production services in line with management procedures and service level agreements.
• Support different stages of the software development lifecycle while aiming for client satisfaction and high delivery standards.
• Assist with operational support so that production systems and devices remain available and online.
• Work with modern technologies such as cloud engineering and operations, automation, RPA, SRE, and intelligent call-centre systems.
• Take on an assignment based on business requirements and your strengths.

Who should apply

Candidates should have a Diploma in Information Technology, a genuine interest in technology, and a strong willingness to learn. Good communication and interpersonal abilities are important, along with flexibility to work on different projects when needed.

Preferred technical exposure

It will be an advantage if you have experience or familiarity with Java, J2EE, .NET, full-stack development, DevSecOps, data engineering, R, Python, or low-code development platforms.
