Role overview

Haven is looking for a full-time, permanent Siting Team Member in Skegness, England, United Kingdom. This hands-on role pays up to £12.71 per hour, with the exact rate depending on age. You will be part of a supportive team responsible for placing caravans accurately, making necessary adjustments, and preparing each unit so it is ready for guests.

The role plays an important part in keeping the holiday park safe, tidy, and welcoming, helping ensure a great experience for visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Move, position, and place caravans safely in accordance with site layouts, park procedures, and safety rules.
• Carry out levelling, connections, and securing of caravans so they are properly set up for use.
• Support the movement and removal of caravans when required.
• Complete basic upkeep work such as external cleaning and small repair tasks.
• Check caravans for safety or operational concerns and pass any issues to the maintenance team.
• Work alongside the wider facilities team to help deliver smooth and high-quality service across the park.

Requirements

• Experience in caravan siting or a similar background in construction, maintenance, or general labour.
• A full, valid driving licence with the appropriate entitlement to operate tractors, gators, and other agricultural machinery.
• Confidence using siting equipment and basic hand tools safely and effectively.
• A strong focus on safety and compliance in the workplace.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with solid problem-solving ability.
