Site Coordinator

Role overview

Wood is hiring a Site Coordinator to help support its project delivery team on a remote gold mine and processing facility development in Saudi Arabia. The position focuses on keeping site operations organized, coordinated, and aligned with project requirements.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day site work by coordinating contractors, vendors, and field activities.
• Track construction progress and produce regular daily and weekly updates, raising any delays or issues promptly.
• Check that work follows approved drawings, technical specifications, and site safety requirements.
• Assist with material movement, logistics planning, and general site administration.
• Act as a link between project management, engineering, and site-based teams to keep information flowing smoothly.
• Support pre-commissioning and commissioning tasks as needed.

Qualifications and experience

The company is looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction Management, along with at least 5 years of experience in site coordination or field engineering on EPCM or industrial projects. Familiarity with mining or mineral processing work is important, and the role also calls for strong planning, communication, and HSE awareness.
