This role offers two pay options. With medical benefits, the wage is $19.08 per hour, which includes medical coverage along with PTO, paid holidays, 401(k), and additional benefits. This package is described as $17.75 per hour plus $1.33 for every 40 hours worked. Without medical benefits, the wage is $22.68 per hour and includes PTO, paid holidays, 401(k), and additional benefits. This package is described as $17.75 per hour plus $4.93 for every 40 hours worked.
What the job involves
The Site Checker is responsible for helping maintain resident accountability by carrying out scheduled and unscheduled on-site checks for assigned populations. The work also includes initial site checks, arranging employer appointments to verify employment, conducting random breathalyzer testing in the field, and preparing discipline reports when facility or program violations are identified.
- Complete on-site checks promptly while using company time and resources efficiently.
- Prepare resident discipline reports quickly when any program or facility rule is broken.
- Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with traffic laws and internal policies, and file traffic or accident reports when needed.
- Oversee the resident population as assigned, including support for safety, security, and sanitation standards.
- Record the issuance and return of equipment, keys, and other controlled items according to procedure.
Requirements
Applicants must have a high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent credential. A valid driver’s license is required. Candidates should be able to complete pre-service and other required training programs, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and use problem-solving skills to handle complex situations. The minimum age for this position is 20 years.
