About the Role

Main Street Signs is a family-run sign shop with more than three decades of experience serving Southeast Missouri, Southern Illinois, and the Heartland. This position is for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-moving environment, and is comfortable handling both office-based and field-based work. The role is suited to a person who likes practical, hands-on projects and wants to see the results of their work in the community.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare pricing estimates for customized signage projects.
• Convert customer ideas into practical plans that can be produced.
• Meet customers both at the shop and at their locations.
• Visit project sites, take measurements, and identify solutions to on-site issues.
• Coordinate with the designer and project team to move concepts toward completion.
• Help progress jobs from initial idea through approval and installation.
• Support customer service and sales discussions when needed.
