Role Overview

The Shift Supervisor supports the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the thrift store so operations remain smooth and uninterrupted. When needed, the role also functions as a Sales Associate.

The expected hiring range is $18.25 to $22.23 per hour, with a maximum rate of $26.20 per hour. Placement within the pay range will depend on market conditions, internal equity, and the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
