Role Overview

CGI is hiring a seasoned ServiceNow SecOps Architect to shape and deliver Security Operations solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves owning solution architecture, guiding implementation, and ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and aligned to enterprise cybersecurity needs.

What You Will Do

• Architect complete ServiceNow Security Operations solutions from design through delivery.
• Lead the build and configuration of Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence capabilities.
• Set technical direction, development guidelines, and platform engineering standards.
• Plan and manage integrations with security products and external enterprise systems using REST and SOAP.
• Work closely with security, infrastructure, and business teams to create solutions that can scale.
• Evaluate technical designs, review code quality, and support mentoring of developers.
• Maintain performance, governance, compliance, and overall security of the ServiceNow platform.
• Continuously improve the platform through optimization, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Contribute to architecture governance, solution reviews, and Agile planning activities.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 10 years of IT experience, with strong depth in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Practical experience delivering ServiceNow SecOps solutions, especially Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence.
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, ServiceNow scripting, and Flow Designer.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP-based integrations.
• Solid understanding of ITSM workflows and the ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Good command of cybersecurity practices such as incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence.
• Proven ability to design enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions that are resilient and scalable.

Preferred Exposure

• Experience with GRC, IRM, or ITOM modules.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud security.
• Understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Background in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow performance tuning and platform optimization.

Certifications Preferred

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Security Operations.
