Role Overview

This role is for a ServiceNow Architect responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting enterprise ServiceNow solutions for a client-facing technology environment in Noida, India.

Core Responsibilities

Build and support tailored ServiceNow applications and modules.
Work across ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, ITOM, and App Engine environments.
Integrate OpenAI capabilities with ServiceNow ITSM workflows.
Implement and work with ServiceNow Now Assist, which is a required part of the role.
Set up, configure, and administer ServiceNow modules as needed.

Eligibility

Candidates should hold a B.Tech / B.E. degree in any specialization.

Compensation

The offered salary range is INR 6,00,000 to INR 15,00,000 per year.
