About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Prepare customer vehicles after service by washing them through the automatic wash, vacuuming the interior, brushing the front and rear areas beforehand, and moving the vehicle through the process.
- Remove water spots and streaks from mirrors, door handles, and rear glass after washing.
- Stay alert to vehicle conditions and avoid washing any car that has safety issues or damage that could become worse, such as cracked windshields or exposed wiring.
- Share possible concerns promptly with customers, managers, and other departments so the service experience stays smooth and professional.
- Work toward strong manufacturer customer satisfaction survey results.
- Follow company policies as well as department procedures and best practices.
- Take on other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position is preferred.
- Comfort with basic communication, problem-solving, and math using American units of measure.
- High school diploma or an equivalent credential.
- Legal authorization to work in the USA for any employer.
- A current, valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and insurability are required.
Additional Information

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This position involves regular movement across the dealership property, including multiple levels and varied terrain, as well as retrieving vehicles from the parking lot. The job also requires identifying vehicle problems and safety issues, applying force to move or handle objects up to 20 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently, using tools and equipment, and repeating motions as needed.
Work may take place indoors, outdoors, on public or private roads, and near moving vehicles and equipment in a shop setting. Employees may be exposed to loud noise and industrial chemicals. Training is provided on safety procedures and chemical handling, along with the required personal protective equipment in line with OSHA standards. Employees must follow all safety protocols and PPE rules at all times.
