Role overview

Oxygen Digital Shop is hiring a Service Coordinator to handle customer service requests and complaints through O2 Care and to keep service operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the main contact for customers, service technicians, and branch teams, ensuring clear communication among all parties.
Receive, track, and organize service requests and complaints in an efficient manner.
Allocate service visits to technicians according to location, priority, and technical fit.
Track the status of service jobs and make sure each case is completed on time with the required records.
Enter and maintain service-related information accurately in the ERP system.
Reach out to customers after the service visit to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback.
Prepare day-to-day and monthly performance summaries for management.
Ensure service work follows company guidelines, warranty rules, and O2 Protection plan requirements.

Eligibility and qualifications

Candidates should be graduates or diploma holders. The preferred age range for this role is 25 to 40 years. Freshers are eligible, as the role lists 0 years of experience required.

This position is based in Punalur, Kerala, India.

Compensation

The salary starts at Rs. 15,000 per month.
