Role Overview

The Service Ambassador is responsible for delivering efficient and polite food and beverage service in line with the outlet’s operating standards. This position reports to the Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the side station and ensure all food and service items, including crockery and chinaware, are ready before the shift begins.
  • Top up supplies and linen whenever needed.
  • Check that all assigned tables are properly arranged with the right cutlery and table setup before service starts.
  • Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their seats.
  • Take food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
  • Clear used dishes and transport them to the dishwashing area.
  • Deliver bills to guests, process payments, and hand the change or credit card back to diners through the cashier.
  • Reset tables after guests leave.
