Hiring and Data Information
Applicants should note that the final review and subsequent hiring stages are managed by the partner company, not by the listing platform.
Applications are assessed through an AI-supported matching process designed to compare candidates against the role's main requirements in a consistent and fair way. The system helps identify the strongest matches, and those profiles are shared with the hiring employer. Final decisions, interviews, and assessments are handled by the employer's internal team.
By applying, candidates acknowledge that personal data may be processed to evaluate candidacy and share relevant details with the hiring employer under applicable data protection rules. This processing may rely on legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps. Applicants may request access, correction, deletion, or objection rights where permitted by law.
AI tools may also support parts of the recruitment workflow, including resume review, application analysis, response assessment, and flagging possible inconsistencies or verification indicators in submitted materials. These tools assist recruiters but do not replace human judgment, and the final hiring decision is made by people.
The job is described as being for Australia-based candidates, with fully remote work and a schedule aligned to US Eastern Time.
