Role Overview

This position is for a Senior Project Engineer based in Chennai, India, supporting high-rise residential construction activities and ensuring smooth execution across site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee construction work for high-rise residential projects on site.
• Work with contractors and other stakeholders to keep project execution on track.
• Examine drawings and coordinate implementation details with the project team.
• Monitor workmanship, quality standards, and safety compliance throughout the site.
• Follow up on site progress and flag delays or issues that may affect delivery.
• Prepare regular progress updates and project reports.
• Identify and help resolve site-level problems quickly and effectively.
• Contribute to completing the project within the planned timeline.
