Role overview
This opportunity is being shared on behalf of a partner organization that handles applications and the next stages of the hiring process. The employer is seeking a Senior Creative Designer in Germany.
You will join a fast-moving product and creative team where design helps shape the user journey, brand presence, and marketing results across digital products. The role centers on building and refining strong visual assets, design systems, and brand standards that keep every touchpoint aligned. You will work closely with product, marketing, and creative stakeholders to produce compelling visuals that support engagement and strengthen product messaging. This position is suited to someone who enjoys shaping both design strategy and hands-on execution in an innovation-led environment, with room to take ownership and grow.
Accountabilities
- Take the lead on design work across product and marketing initiatives, including ongoing updates and improvements.
- Support the planning and delivery of promotional campaigns and other creative marketing activities.
- Develop fresh design ideas for product and marketing use, with a strong focus on clear and effective visual storytelling.
- Create, maintain, and expand design systems that improve consistency and efficiency across digital products.
- Prepare and refresh brand guidelines, visual identity elements, and creative standards.
- Produce polished digital assets for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other communication needs.
- Keep all outputs visually consistent and high quality, following established systems and templates.
- Design vector icons and UI components that can be used across product and marketing experiences.
- Work in close partnership with product, marketing, and creative teams to ensure design output supports business objectives.
- Review how design performs and help improve creative processes and day-to-day workflows.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop, along with Figma.
- Solid grasp of typography, including font combinations, visual hierarchy, and readability.
- Good understanding of composition, layout, and color principles.
- Demonstrated experience producing digital assets for social media, presentations, infographics, and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to handle several projects at once while staying effective in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows is preferred.
- Comfort taking ownership of design results and contributing proactively to team outcomes.
- Background in product design or marketing design is an advantage.
- Experience in iGaming or similarly fast-moving digital product environments is also a plus.
