Security Officer

Role overview

Hilton is looking for a Security Officer to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming hotel environment in Saudi Arabia. In this position, you will be part of the hotel team that protects guests, team members, and property while upholding the hospitality standards Hilton is known for.

What you will do

• Carry out routine patrols inside and outside the hotel to spot safety concerns, security risks, threats, and any unusual or unsafe conditions.
• Support initial incident reviews by collecting key details, noting observations, and helping ensure security events are properly documented.
• Keep security paperwork complete, accurate, and up to date, including reports and log records.
• Assist in urgent situations involving fire, medical incidents, hazards, or security-related emergencies.
• Handle guest questions and concerns in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner.
