About the Role

Decagon is hiring a high-energy Sales Development Representative to support its EMEA Go-To-Market team. The role is centered on finding and qualifying new business opportunities for the company’s AI platform and helping expand its customer base.

This position is not focused on high-volume transactional outreach. Instead, it involves complex enterprise and strategic sales motions with multiple decision-makers across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders. The role is a strong fit for someone who wants to grow in sales, strengthen prospecting skills, and develop into a high-performing seller within a fast-moving GenAI business.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through both inbound follow-up and strategic outbound prospecting.
  • Carry out tailored outreach across phone, email, and social platforms.
  • Help expand the sales pipeline with targeted account-based campaigns.
  • Research target companies, understand buying groups, and identify both end users and executive decision-makers.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to shape account plans and generate strong enterprise pipeline.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to keep messaging and campaign direction aligned.
  • Stay current on product updates, competitive landscape, and trends in generative AI.
  • Build core sales abilities such as discovery, cold calling, handling objections, communicating business value, mapping stakeholders, prioritizing work, and managing time effectively.
