Role overview
World 50 Group is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join its Membership Development team in London. The position offers a base pay of £32,000 and follows a hybrid working model, with at least two days each week spent in the local office. This role sits at the front end of the sales process and focuses on opening conversations with senior leaders at major global companies.
In this role, you will connect with C-suite executives from Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organisations, helping create opportunities that support business growth. The position is well suited to someone who is ambitious, inquisitive, and excited by the challenge of developing a career in B2B sales.
What you will do
- Reach out to senior executives through a structured mix of phone calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Generate sales pipeline by arranging qualified meetings for the new business development team.
- Research markets and target accounts to identify high-value prospects that align with the company’s offering.
- Keep CRM records accurate and complete by updating and enriching account and contact details on an ongoing basis.
- Support Sales Directors with pre-call preparation, meeting notes, and follow-up actions during important sales discussions.

Working arrangement
