Role Overview
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the Restaurant Manager in running the venue smoothly, guiding the team, and helping build the THISBOWL/FISHBOWL brand. You will lead restaurant team members to consistently deliver high-quality food and excellent guest experiences.

Key Duties
- Support the Restaurant Manager with the restaurant’s daily operations
- Set the standard for the brand’s people and culture expectations
- Oversee required checklists and staff training activities
- Ensure every guest receives outstanding service on every visit
- Maintain product quality, food safety, and sanitation standards each day
- Coach and supervise team members to help them develop and succeed

FISHBOWL is a fast-growing Australian food brand known for fresh, made-to-order salads with an Asian influence. Interview Process
- Initial screening call with the recruitment team, lasting around 20 minutes
- In-store trial with a restaurant leader to work alongside the team for 2+ hours; this stage is paid
- Final interview with a restaurant leader to review the trial and discuss the role, lasting around 30 minutes
- Reference checks followed by an offer if successful
