Operations and standards

  • Monitor food preparation, cooking, and holding to ensure quality and make corrections when necessary

  • Plan shift tasks and make sure opening and closing responsibilities are completed
  • Work with management to set goals and provide updates on progress
  • Follow cash handling rules and maintain accurate, current records using management tools
