Its network of charging stations is placed in restaurants, bars, cafés, hotels, retail outlets, and entertainment spaces, allowing users to rent a portable charger instantly, use it on the go, and return it to any partner station.
The company’s goal is to build the largest portable charger sharing network in the United States, bringing mobile charging access to the level of everyday conveniences like ridesharing or public Wi‑Fi. With over 1,000 stations already active across New York City, the business is now expanding across the country by adding venue partnerships, growing its host network, and developing a smooth charging infrastructure for millions of users.
Role Summary
This is a full-time remote recruitment position responsible for managing hiring from start to finish. The Recruiter will identify and attract candidates, review applications, conduct early-stage interviews, and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers. The role also includes writing and publishing job descriptions, keeping candidate pipelines organized, using digital platforms and social channels to source talent, and ensuring applicants have a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.
In addition, the Recruiter will maintain communication with stakeholders about hiring priorities, assist with onboarding for new hires, monitor recruitment performance data, improve hiring processes, and work closely with HR and leadership to keep recruitment aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing through to interview coordination.
- Search for suitable candidates and review resumes to identify qualified applicants.
- Conduct initial screening calls and support early interview stages.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Create, refine, and publish job descriptions and hiring advertisements.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
- Use job boards, professional networks, and social media to reach diverse talent pools.
- Keep hiring stakeholders updated on role requirements and recruitment progress.
- Help deliver a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Support onboarding activities for newly hired team members.
- Track hiring metrics and use data to improve recruitment strategy.
- Partner with HR and leadership to align hiring efforts with company objectives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing, resume review, and interview scheduling.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, online hiring platforms, and professional networking tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills for handling multiple open roles in a fast-moving remote setting.
- Working knowledge of basic employment practices and a commitment to fair, inclusive hiring.
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating through virtual tools with distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
