Reception Technician

Role Overview

eXtra (United Electronics Co.) is hiring a dependable Reception Technician to support its After-Sales Services team in Riyadh. This role focuses on handling customer-facing technical support, coordinating repair workflows, and helping maintain a high standard of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CE Services performance indicators and help keep results aligned with the agreed targets.
• Respond to customer questions related to product repairs and device troubleshooting.
• Track repair progress and provide timely updates to customers.
• Manage technical complaints from customers and work toward effective resolution.
• Contribute to the creation and rollout of process improvements that raise service quality.
• Keep technical knowledge current through continuous learning and skill development.
• Work with planners and technicians to make sure repaired products are ready before the customer’s promised collection date.
• Make sure customers clearly understand their technical issue, repair scope, expected cost, and pickup timing before leaving.
• Explain device usage to customers and perform device testing at the reception counter.

Requirements

• Applicants must be Saudi nationals.
• Background in electronics or home appliances is required.
• Strong ability to communicate and support customers professionally.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy, fast-moving setting.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position is part of the After-Sales Services function and is focused on supporting repair coordination, customer education, and technical service quality.
