- Act as a positive representative of the brand and bring energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to the front desk.
- Create strong first impressions by communicating clearly and confidently with every guest.
- Deliver a smooth and memorable guest experience through careful attention to detail and strong organisation.
- Consistently go beyond expectations for guests and colleagues.
- Contribute to a welcoming, upbeat workplace by maintaining a constructive attitude.
- Treat guests and team members with courtesy, fairness, and respect.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a similar property or hospitality setting is useful, but not essential because full training will be provided.
- Previous use of Opera is advantageous, though not mandatory, as training will also be provided.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
