Staycity is seeking a Reception Team Member to support and enhance the guest journey.

What You Will Do

• Act as a positive representative of the brand and bring energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to the front desk.
• Create strong first impressions by communicating clearly and confidently with every guest.
• Deliver a smooth and memorable guest experience through careful attention to detail and strong organisation.
• Consistently go beyond expectations for guests and colleagues.
• Contribute to a welcoming, upbeat workplace by maintaining a constructive attitude.
• Treat guests and team members with courtesy, fairness, and respect.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a similar property or hospitality setting is useful, but not essential because full training will be provided.
• Previous use of Opera is advantageous, though not mandatory, as training will also be provided.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
