Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Chandigarh. The role is responsible for day-to-day property readiness and on-ground coordination across assigned homes. You will ensure that each space stays clean, well supplied, and prepared for guest arrivals.
Key Duties
- Inspect properties regularly to confirm they meet the company’s quality standards.
- Supervise housekeeping activity and ensure cleaning work is completed properly.
- Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, and other repair vendors whenever maintenance issues arise.
- Track consumables such as soap, tissue, and similar essentials, and flag any shortages or damage.
- Purchase routine supplies and keep inventory records updated.
- Support guest check-ins and resolve issues guests may face during their stay.
Qualifications and Fit
The preferred education level is at least 12th pass. A valid driving licence and access to a motor vehicle are required. The company values attitude, responsibility, and initiative more than academic background or prior work history.

Compensation and Benefits
