Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Saudi Arabia for a Project and Account Manager who will own client relationships and guide delivery across branding, marketing, and digital workstreams. The role calls for someone who can turn client objectives into practical plans, coordinate timelines and budgets, and keep projects aligned with quality expectations, deadlines, and scope. You will work closely with strategy, creative, and technical teams to keep execution moving, address issues early, and identify ways to strengthen client partnerships.
Key Duties
The position includes running day-to-day coordination across active projects and accounts, keeping stakeholders informed, and making sure deliverables are tracked through completion.
- Manage client relationships and serve as a dependable point of contact throughout the engagement.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project workstreams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track budgets and help keep work within approved scope and financial limits.
- Coordinate with strategy, creative, and technical teams to translate client needs into clear action plans.
- Organize meetings, prepare updates, and share status reports with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and working records.
- Spot risks, resolve issues early, and support smooth project execution.
- Look for opportunities to expand account value and support long-term client growth.
- Promote clear communication and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings hands-on project management and account management experience, preferably in branding, marketing, or digital environments, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Background in project management, including planning, scheduling, and budget monitoring for branding, marketing, or digital initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage client accounts and build long-term working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting.
- Comfort using project management tools, CRM platforms, and collaboration software.
- Ability to work on-site in Saudi Arabia and coordinate with teams across functions and regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in brand development, marketing, or consulting is a strong advantage.
