About the Company
Ideal Contrivance is a prominent FMCG company seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee operations at its Kalol facility.
Job Summary
The Production Supervisor will be instrumental in managing daily production activities, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintaining high product quality standards. This role involves optimizing production efficiency, coordinating essential maintenance activities, and supporting technological advancements to enhance overall production output.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct all production activities within the freezing and drying departments.
- Ensure rigorous compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Monitor and maintain product quality throughout the production process.
- Implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment uptime and operational readiness.
- Support the integration and application of new technologies to improve production processes.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment in accordance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in production supervision within the food industry, preferably in freezing and drying operations.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, including FSSAI guidelines, HACCP, GMP, and hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with food processing, food packing, and quality control methodologies.
- Knowledge of drying systems and frozen food production processes.
- Experience in factory operations and managing production lines.
- Ability to develop and implement SOPs.
