Role Overview
This position is suitable for a fresh candidate or someone with up to 3 years of experience in manufacturing. The role calls for practical computer knowledge, basic technical problem-solving, familiarity with MS Excel, workable English communication skills, and the ability to handle shift-based schedules.
Basic Requirements
- Applicants should hold an O Level, SPM, or an equivalent qualification.
- Freshers may apply, and candidates with 0 to 3 years of manufacturing experience will also be considered.
- Basic English reading, writing, and comprehension are needed.
- Working knowledge of common MS Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel, is expected.
- Candidates should be able to carry out simple troubleshooting, software setup, and general computer tasks.
- Comfort with basic arithmetic and yield-related calculations is required.
- A general understanding of production work, assembly tools, and operating procedures is important.
- Strong reporting habits, communication ability, and teamwork are expected.
- Good hand dexterity is necessary for hands-on tasks.
- The person should be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic leadership capability is preferred.
- Willingness to work rotating or shift schedules is required.
