About the Company
Alyssa Nobriga International (ANI) is a globally recognized organization focused on coaching education and personal transformation, founded by Alyssa Nobriga. Its flagship offering, the Institute for Coaching Mastery (ICM), is an accredited coach certification program lasting one year. The program is designed to shape highly skilled, well-embodied coaches with a strong blend of emotional intelligence and practical expertise. Its curriculum brings together psychology, coaching methods, nervous system regulation, leadership development, and transformational communication, and it has drawn learners from many countries.
About the Role
This position calls for a top-tier leader to take complete ownership of company execution and day-to-day business performance. You will serve as the person who keeps the organization moving, turning the founder’s vision into action, maintaining strong standards across the leadership team, and ensuring results across every major function.
The role is suited to a highly self-directed operator who thinks like a founder, acts quickly, and solves problems without needing a detailed framework or constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for setting company direction, keeping execution on track, leading department heads, and driving revenue and performance outcomes across the business.
Company Goals and Execution
- Define and push priorities across all departments.
- Maintain the execution roadmap and ensure initiatives stay on schedule.
- Clear blockers, make timely decisions independently, and keep operations moving without relying on the founder.
Leadership Team Management
- Oversee all department heads, including the Executive Director.
- Lead weekly leadership meetings, set agendas, and hold leaders accountable for outcomes.
- Act as the central connector across the leadership group.
Founder Partnership
- Turn Alyssa’s ideas and strategic direction into practical plans.
- Filter communication and decisions between the founder and the rest of the company so daily operations do not require founder involvement.
- Translate the founder’s vision into company action.
Revenue and Growth Ownership
- Oversee execution across marketing, sales, and product.
- Take full accountability for revenue performance and progression toward growth targets.
- Stay aligned on funnels, launches, and conversions so revenue-generating teams deliver effectively.
Company Performance
- Own company-wide KPIs and scorecards.
- Lead quarterly and annual planning cycles.
- Keep teams focused on the highest-impact work and make leadership-level people decisions, including reviews, promotions, and exits.
What This Role Does Not Cover
This role is not responsible for detailed financial administration, systems design, or admin/HR processes. Those areas are handled by the Executive Director. The focus here is on senior-level business leadership rather than process-level operations.
First 90 Days
- The founder is fully removed from routine operations.
- The leadership team operates effectively without founder intervention.
- Clear company priorities are executed consistently across departments.
- Two to three major growth initiatives are delivered without founder involvement.
Who You Are
You are a fast-paced, high-ownership operator who acts without waiting to be asked. You make decisions with incomplete information, adjust quickly when needed, and do not hesitate when action is required. You spot issues early and avoid getting stuck in overanalysis.
Application Note
Applicants are requested to use the official application form rather than contacting the company by email or applying directly. Recruiters and agencies are asked not to reach out directly.
Additional Information
This is a contract position based onsite in Canada.
