About the internship

This internship is with Reflex Realty LLP, a long-established real estate consulting firm headquartered in South Mumbai with over 45 years of experience. The company works across commercial, residential, and retail property segments in Mumbai, helping clients with marketing, leasing, and investment-focused real estate solutions.

What you will do

• Make 80 to 120 outbound calls each week to connect with prospective clients and support sales efforts.
• Bring in 5 to 8 fresh leads per week through outreach and systematic follow-up.
• Arrange 2 to 4 client site visits on an ongoing basis.
• Join and assist in 1 to 3 site visits with potential clients.
• Stay in touch with interested clients through regular follow-ups to help maintain engagement and improve conversion chances.
• Record and update client information accurately in CRM tools or Excel sheets.
• Support the sales team during meetings, client discussions, and property visit activities.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work full-time from the office, can begin the internship between 22 June 2026 and 27 July 2026, are available for a 3-month tenure, and have relevant skills and interests.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 4,000 to INR 7,000.
