Role Overview
This is a full-time remote position focused on performance-based appointment setting. The main responsibility is to connect with prospective clients and book qualified strategy calls for Team HH’s coaching programs. The role involves outreach by phone, email, and social media, steady follow-up, and the use of scripts and conversation frameworks to move leads toward a booked call. You will also keep calendars organized, record activity accurately in CRM or tracking tools, and work closely with the coaching and sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs once appointments are confirmed.
What You Will Do
You will build rapport with prospects, answer initial questions about the services, and assess whether leads meet the required criteria. Success in this role is measured mainly by the number and quality of appointments booked, with room to grow as the company expands.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven ability to set appointments and manage scheduling, including calendar coordination and handling time zones.
- Experience generating leads, following up with prospects, and qualifying potential clients against set criteria.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a customer-focused approach and the ability to establish trust quickly.
- Comfort using CRM platforms, spreadsheets, or similar systems to record outreach and appointment details.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Prior exposure to appointment setting, sales support, or client outreach is preferred, especially in coaching, wellness, or personal development.
- A dependable internet connection, an appropriate workspace, and the flexibility to work full-time and connect with leads across different time zones when needed.
