  • Review data and information to draw conclusions and recommend next steps.
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to help achieve business goals.
  • Assist with change initiatives by supporting implementation and ongoing sustainment activities.
  • Serve as a troubleshooting resource for junior team members and route unusual issues to senior staff or management when needed.
  • Carry out quality checks and provide training support as required.
  • Keep work records organized so information remains complete and accurate.
  • Complete routine service requests, transactions, and inquiries within agreed turnaround times.
