Packaging Operator

Role Overview

The Packaging Operator will be responsible for running packaging equipment, checking product quality, maintaining basic machine condition, and supporting day-to-day production flow in a structured, safety-focused environment in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and run packaging machines so products are packed according to the company’s standards.
• Review finished goods for proper seals, labels, and packaging quality to make sure they meet required safety and quality checks.
• Carry out routine cleaning, basic troubleshooting, and small repairs on packaging equipment to help reduce downtime.
• Maintain production records, including logs and reports related to output and any operational issues.
• Follow all workplace safety rules and keep the work area neat, clean, and well organized.
• Track packaging supplies such as boxes and film, and move completed items to the appropriate storage or inventory location.

Skills and Job Requirements

• Good hand control and the ability to repeat packing tasks efficiently.
• Comfort with learning automated equipment and, where needed, using computer-based systems.
• A careful eye for detail to ensure accurate labeling and packing quality.
• Physical fitness to stand for long periods and move products as needed.
