About the role
The Organisational Development Advisor contributes to the delivery of organisational development initiatives by coordinating workstreams, supporting implementation, and helping embed capability-focused programmes across the university. You will partner closely with OD Managers and Consultants, gaining broad exposure across OD practice areas while building your own experience and career development.
This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week. The salary range is $73,400 to $99,400, depending on skills and experience.
What you'll do
- Turn OD strategy into practical delivery activity
- Coordinate and drive projects and initiatives from planning through to completion
- Lead or assist with learning sessions, workshops, and group discussions
- Use data and insights to shape decisions and improve design
- Create tools, resources, and supporting materials that strengthen the employee experience
- Work with stakeholders to help initiatives land well, stay embedded, and deliver lasting value
About you
You are an experienced organisational development practitioner with a track record of supporting people-focused initiatives and helping deliver effective outcomes. You bring sound judgement, a practical working style, strong coordination skills, and confidence operating in a complex, highly federated environment. You build trusted relationships easily and contribute through structured delivery and thoughtful insight.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting the delivery of organisational development or learning initiatives
- Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking ability across several workstreams and deadlines
- Comfort using data or information to guide decisions and delivery choices
- Effective relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach
- A relevant degree and at least 3 years of experience in learning, organisational development, HR, or training design and delivery
