Role Overview

The Operations Executive will handle day-to-day operational work, keeping processes efficient, compliant, and continually improving. The role requires close coordination with different teams, along with active involvement in safety and operations-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Review operational workflows to spot shortcomings and put improvement measures in place that raise efficiency and output.
• Manage daily operational activity to keep work processes running smoothly and effectively.
• Support and drive workplace safety efforts while ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, NEA requirements, and workplace safety standards.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve coordination and service delivery across functions.
• Assist in supervising team members and help them achieve operational and performance targets.
• Track operational results and suggest practical enhancements when needed.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma qualification in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong capability in analysis and problem-solving, with a mindset geared toward continuous improvement.
• Good verbal and written communication, along with solid coordination skills.
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with safety rules or operational practices will be considered an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
