Beaumont Hospital is hiring a permanent Operational Performance & Intelligence Manager to join the Corporate Division in Dublin 9, Ireland. The role reports to the Chief Operations Officer and sits on the Grade VIII salary scale, with pay set between €83,911 and €101,207 in line with government pay policy. Operational performance management

  • Take overall responsibility for ensuring Beaumont Hospital provides accurate, current data both internally and to external organisations.

Leadership and stakeholder management

  • Provide effective leadership and day-to-day management of the Management Information Team.
  • Develop productive working relationships with Clinical Directors, Directorate Managers, Business Managers, Nursing Leadership and Corporate Departments.
  • Present complex operational information clearly to executive and senior management groups.
  • Help staff across the organisation build their ability to interpret and use performance information.
  • Encourage accountability, transparency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and experience
