Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting daily office operations through a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The role helps keep workflows organized by coordinating with internal teams, maintaining documentation, and assisting with routine reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage everyday office administration tasks such as filing, scanning, and keeping records up to date.
- Prepare basic correspondence, reports, and supporting documents as needed.
- Help organize meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Monitor office supplies and contribute to keeping the workplace neat and orderly.
- Liaise with internal departments to support efficient day-to-day coordination.
- Carry out any additional administrative duties assigned by the team.
Key Requirements
- Must be a Saudi national.
- At least a high school diploma is required; a diploma or degree in administration or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of basic computer applications, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational ability and effective time management.
- Careful attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
