Role Overview

This position is for a Merchandiser supporting retail execution across assigned stores. The role focuses on keeping products visible, available, correctly priced, and well-presented in line with brand standards.

Locations

Jeddah, Riyadh, and Abha.

Requirements

• High school certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of merchandising experience in the FMCG sector.
• Working knowledge of merchandising basics and retail execution practices.
• Familiarity with the Saudi FMCG market at a basic level.
• Good communication, dependable follow-up, and punctuality.
• Prepared to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Carry out merchandising work across assigned outlets according to the route plan.
• Keep shelves stocked, ensure product availability, and follow FIFO rotation practices.
• Set up planograms, brand blocking, POS materials, and secondary displays as required.
• Check that pricing is accurate and maintain a high standard of in-store execution.
• Monitor shelf cleanliness and protect strong brand visibility in stores.
• Escalate stock shortages and keep track of competitor activity.
• Work with sales teams to resolve issues encountered in outlets.
• Record store visits and execution details accurately using handheld devices or PDA systems.
