Role Overview
This position is responsible for overseeing the payment request workflow, carrying out the necessary spot checks and other due diligence steps, and ensuring that manual and automated payment requests are processed and released accurately. The role also involves handling complex payment-related queries when required.
Qualifications
A first degree is required, preferably in Business Commerce or an equivalent field.
Experience
The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience in payments and operations. A solid working knowledge of the systems and platforms used in the payments environment is important, along with 3 to 4 years of exposure to exchange control regulations, related requirements, and reporting. Previous experience in a similar position is also expected.
