The organization is hiring a dedicated MEP Manager to strengthen coordination across design, contracts, and execution so that project delivery remains efficient, compliant, and well-controlled.

Role Overview

An MEP Manager is responsible for overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across a building or project. The role involves coordinating design, installation, budgeting, subcontractors, and site teams while ensuring that all systems are integrated properly, meet required standards, and are completed within schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all MEP design activities with consultants and on-site teams.
• Review MEP drawings and support their finalization.
• Handle the administration and management of MEP contracts.
• Work closely with vendors and subcontractors to keep work aligned with project needs.
• Track project schedules, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Resolve technical issues that arise during design or execution.
• Support commissioning and successful handover of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting works.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10 to 12 years of overall MEP experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Hands-on experience in design coordination and MEP contract handling for large commercial or residential developments.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Working knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and approval processes from authorities.
• Ability to use AutoCAD and other project management tools effectively.
